Short Title: Willis v Dawkin.
Plaintiff(s): William Willis, clerk.
Defendant(s): William Dawkin and his wife Elizabeth.
Depositions for: Plaintiff.
Subject of Depositions: A lease between Thomas Lewis of the town of Cowbridge but now of Lanblethian [Llanblethian], gent, of the one part, and William Willis the elder of Gileston, clerk, of the other part, of a messuage or dwelling house etc at Lanbithery [Llanbethery] in the parish of Lancarvan [Llancarfan], and a deed of release tripartite of said messuage etc made between Thomas Lewis of the first part, the defendants William Dawkin of the parish of Lancarvan [Llancarfan], yeoman, and Elizabeth his wife of the second part, and the said William Willis the elder of Gileston, clerk, of the third part; for securing repayment of the sum of £600.
