Plaintiff(s): Margaret Bennatts, widow, William Roberts and his wife Margaret, Elizabeth Allen, widow, Duence Badge, widow, John Kent and his wife Mary.
Defendant(s): Anthony Williams, Thomas Hichens, John Hoblyn, James Pascoe (an infant).
Depositions for: Plaintiffs and Defendants.
Subject of Depositions: Lands etc in the town of Marazion called Park-an-Garrack, and in the parish of St Hilary called The Little Meadow, etc; the names and possessions of John Bennatts of the town of Marazion, yeoman (plaintiff's late husband) and his five children namely the plaintiffs Margaret, Elizabeth, Duence and Mary and John, Humphrey Pascoe, Thomas Pascoe (a bankrupt) and James Pascoe, clerk, are mentioned.
