Description

Short Title: Peach v Pyrke.

Plaintiff(s): Samuel Peach, clerk, Samuel Bowyer, gent, on behalf of themselves and all other the creditors of Robert Pyrke, gent.

Defendant(s): Martha Pyrke, widow, Elizabeth Head, widow, Mary Pyrke and Dorothy Pyrke, spinsters, sisters and co-heiresses at law of Robert Pyrke.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: The value etc and disposition of the freehold and personal estates of Robert Pyrke, late of Newnham, gent, said estates including a messuage etc called Wincolls situated in the tithing of Elton in the parish of Westbury [Westbury-on-Severn], messuages etc in Newnham, at Blakeney in the parish of Aure [Awre], at Woodside in the hundred of St Briavels, in the parishes of Lidney [Lydney] and Longhope, wood or woodland ground in Vestalls in the parish of Newnham, chief or other rents of lands in the parish of Blaisdon and in Rodley in the parish of Westbury [Westbury-on-Severn], etc.
