Description

Short Title: Rucker v McNamara.

Plaintiff(s): John Anthony Rucker esq.

Defendant(s): John McNamara esq, Samuel Turner, William Milner.

Depositions for: Plaintiff.

Subject of Depositions: A plantation or estate in the Island of Antigua in the West Indies demised by Michael McNamara and his wife Mary to John Harvey at the rent of one thousand two hundred pounds sterling money of Great Britain; now in the possession of Robert Harvey; touching actions at law in Antigua brought by the defendant Samuel Turner against said Michael McNamara; arrears of rent, etc.

County: Island of Antigua (West Indies).
