Description

Short Title: Earl of Coventry v Burslem.

Plaintiff(s): The Rt Hon George William, Earl of Coventry, Edward Bearcroft esq, William Barnes, William Harward, on behalf of themselves and all others the owners and occupiers of messuages etc in the parish of Hanbury.

Defendant(s): William Burslem, clerk, Henry Cecil esq and his wife Emma, Thomas Shrawley Vernon esq.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs and Defendants.

Subject of Depositions: The rectory and parish of Hanbury; tithes.

County: Worcestershire.
