Plaintiff(s): Sir Edward Lloyd, bart.
Defendant(s): Richard Hill Waring and his wife Margaret.
Depositions for: Defendants.
Subject of Depositions: Mortgaged estates in Flintshire, called the "Mould Estate", and Cheshire, called the "Ince Estate", conveyed and assigned to the plaintiff by Sir George Wynne and Mrs Anne Leighton the former mortgagee; an account of receipts of the rents and profits of said estates, etc; James Tomkinson of Nantwich (Cheshire) is mentioned.
