Plaintiff(s): James Scott, Doctor of Divinity, rector of the rectory and parish church of Simonburn [Northumberland].

Defendant(s): John Fenwick, Thomas Heron, Edward Nixon, Christopher Elliot, Jonathan Richardson, James Robson of Bimmerhill [or Bimmer Hill], William Gillespy, George Robson of Blakelaw, Peter Scott, Edward Charlton of Burnbank , John Kell, James Robson of Clevehill [unidentified], James Robson of Bellingham Eals, William Robson, Robert Elliot of the Reins [Hexham], James Robson of Stokoe, Thomas Nevin, Thomas Dodd, George Robson of Yarrow, Henry Thompson, Edward Elliot, Robert Elliot of Carieteth, Edward Charlton of Chirden [or Chirdon or Chirton?], Thomas Yarrow, Allan Macdonald, Thomas Charlton, John Robson, Joseph Wilkinson, Humphrey Thompson, "and others" [all places in Northumberland unless unidentified].
