Description

Short Title: Cort v Parry.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Cort [Court], Daniel Guion.

Defendant(s): David Parry.

Depositions for: Defendant.

Subject of Depositions: Money transactions between the plaintiff Cort [Court] (a Navy agent and broker) and the defendant (a captain in HM Army) chiefly touching the "selling out" (by Cort) of £2000 consolidated bank annuities, etc.

County: Southampton [Hampshire].

Taken at: Gosport.

Date of Commission: 19 June 1782.
