Description

Short Title: (i) Jones v Wright; (ii) Jones v Pyrke; (iii) Jones v Ashmeade; and (iv) Jones v Ashmeade.

Plaintiff(s): William Jones and his wife Frances.

Defendant(s): (i) Anthony Wright, Teresa Wakeman, Henry Wakeman, William Wakeman, Edmund Wakeman, Henry Joseph Wakeman (an infant); (ii) Robert Pyrke, sole executor named in the will of said William Jones, Anthony Wright, Teresa Wakeman, Henry Wakeman, William Wakeman, Edmund Wakeman, and Henry Joseph Wakeman (an infant); (iii) William Ashmeade and his wife Mary (administratrix of the goods with the will annexed of the said William Jones, deceased, unadministered by the said Robert Pyrke, deceased), Anthony Wright, Teresa Wakeman, Henry Wakeman, William Wakeman, Edmund Wakeman, and Henry Joseph Wakeman (an infant); and (iv) Mary Ashmeade, widow, Henry Wakeman esq, William Wakeman, Henry Joseph Wakeman.

Depositions for: Plaintiff and Defendants.

Subject of Depositions: Money transactions and mortgages between William Jones, William Plowden Wakeman, his son Benedict Wakeman, Thomas Fitzherbert, Dr Riley of Monmouth [Monmouthshire], and others, connected with the payment of the marriage portion of Frances, the wife of said William Jones, etc [four cases].
