Short Title: Scudamore v Scudamore.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Scudamore (an infant) by William Gardiner his next friend.

Defendant(s): John Scudamore.

Depositions for: Plaintiff and Defendant.

Subject of Depositions: Messuages etc situated in Herefordshire purchased by Godwin Scudamore (plaintiff's grandfather) of Mark Watkins and his wife Mary and their son Mark; also touching purchases of messuages etc situated in the parishes of Micheldean [Mitcheldean, Gloucestershire], Longhope (Gloucestershire) and Newland (Gloucestershire), etc; the names and possessions of Edward How, Benjamin James, Joseph Stephens and his wife Tacy, Phillip Palmer, James Jackson, Richard Brown Cheston and his wife Anne, Charles Bishop, Thomas Apperly, William Gough, Richard Symmonds, John Bayly, and Richard Scudamore and his wife Elizabeth (plaintiff's father and mother) are mentioned.
