Description

Short Title: Wilkinson v Matthews.

Plaintiff(s): John Wilkinson, John Hartshorne.

Defendant(s): George Matthews.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: A partnership between plaintiffs and defendant in lime works and iron works, situated at Benthall and Calcot [Calcott ] in the parish of Broseley; ready money and credit prices of limestone; custom and usage in weighing limestone; alleged deficiency in the quantity of lime belonging to the partnership, etc.

County: Shropshire.
