Short Title: Lawson v Coulthard.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Lawson esq.

Defendant(s): James Coulthard, Thomas Wildman, Thomas Fenwick esq, Josias Morley esq, Alexander Butler esq, Thomas Horngold, Thomas Butler, gent, HM Attorney General Sir James Lowther, bart.

Depositions for: Plaintiff and Defendants.

Subject of Depositions: The estate called Lundholme in the parish of Thornton in the West Riding of Yorkshire, consisting of a cottage and garden in the village of Thornton Byesteads, Anthony Myre, Ringall Myre, Appletreeber, Over Lund, Lower Lund, Laith Croft, Parrack Copy with wood in Ditto Lundholme with the wood in Ditto Lund area with a right of common on Thornton Fell; within the manor of Fe Thornton, which is said to be parcel of Richmond Fee in the barony of Kendal; said estate is stated to have been sold by Sir William Gerrard to George Foxcroft and Thomas Benison and to have been purchased by the plaintiff; by what tenure held, and by whom?; customs of manor, etc; the names and possessions of Anne Winder Benison, wife of Thomas Benison, Anne Fenwick, wife of John Fenwick and daughter of Thomas Benison, are mentioned.
