Description

Short Title: Frere v Yea.

Plaintiff(s): Tobias Frere esq.

Defendant(s): Sir William Yea, bart.

Depositions for: Defendant.

Subject of Depositions: A deed signed etc by the plaintiff and his wife Charlotte (third sister of Walter Trevelyan of Nether Witton [Netherwitton] (Northumberland)) esq, who states in his evidence as a deponent that he was a subscribing witness thereto; the name of Julia Trevelyan, spinster (eldest sister of said Walter Trevelyan) who married the defendant, is mentioned.
