Plaintiff(s): Ralph Robinson, gent.

Defendant(s): John Coulter, William Coote, Joan Jones, Catherine Jones, William Harris and his wife Mary.

Depositions for: Plaintiff.

Subject of Depositions: The last will and testament, and the disposition of the estate and effects of Thomas Bailey of Rotherhithe alias Redrith (Surrey), mariner, touching the pedigree of the Bailey family of Liverpool (Lancashire) etc; the names of Thomas Bailey of Liverpool (Lancashire), mariner, Hannah the daughter of Mary Myers of Liverpool (testator's first wife), Hannah (formerly widow of Robert Wright, mariner), testator's second wife, etc.
