Description

Short Title: Bethell v Ravenhill.

Plaintiff(s): George Bethell, James Vashon and his wife Jane, late Jane Bethell, spinster.

Defendant(s): James Ravenhill, Anne Reece, Henry Jones, James Graham.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: Indentures of lease and release purporting to be a settlement on and previous to the marriage of John Bethell of the city of Hereford [Herefordshire], baker, and his wife Jane, late Jane Price, spinster (father and mother of plaintiffs) etc; the names of Thomas Beebee of Leominster (Herefordshire) a "mortgagee of the premises" comprised in said deeds, Jane Price, widow (grandmother of the plaintiffs), Robert Ravenhill of the city of Hereford, mercer, Richard Morse of same city, gent, Richard Bethell (brother of plaintiffs), Edward Morse, James Graham of Ludlow (Shropshire), gent (defendant's son) and Sarah Price of Hereford, widow, are mentioned.
