Description

Short Title: Willis v Jackson.

Plaintiff(s): William Willis and his wife Mary, the only daughter and heiress at law of Thomas Leigh, late of Farnham, Surrey, surgeon, deceased.

Defendant(s): Margaret Jackson, spinster, Samuel Dodington, Charles Biggs, Cornelius Van Mildert, Benjamin Batley, Gurdleston Roffe, Henry Bunn, Robert Bunn, Elizabeth Carter, John Godspeed and his wife Mary, John Knight, Andrew Bristow, Mary Leigh Willis.

Depositions for: Defendants.
