Defendant(s): Francis Barrowby, Richard Morley, Jonathan Appleton, Jonathan Peak alias Peacock.
Depositions for: Plaintiffs and Defendants.
Subject of Depositions: The parish of Topcliffe, Yorkshire, and the district or township of Dishforth in the said parish; tithes.
