Short Title: Robinson v Barrowby.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Norton Robinson, bart (a lunatic), by the Rt Hon Thomas Lord Grantham, his committee, Thomas Gurnell esq, William Morley, John Morley, John Groves, Lancelot Rainforth.

Defendant(s): Francis Barrowby, Richard Morley, Jonathan Appleton, Jonathan Peak alias Peacock.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs and Defendants.

Subject of Depositions: The parish of Topcliffe, Yorkshire, and the township or district of Dishforth in said parish; tithes.

County: Yorkshire.
