Description

Short Title: Att Gen v Lewis.

Plaintiff(s): Edward Thurlow esq (Attorney General) at the relation of Rowland Phillips Laugharne esq, William Edwardes esq (now Lord Kensington of the Kingdom of Ireland), Sparkes Martin, Rowland Edwards esq, Sir Richard Phillips bart, now Lord Milford of the Kingdom of Ireland, James Phillips, John Harries, Thomas Williams, John Symmons, Rowland Edwardes the younger, John Phillips Laugharne and John Francis Meyrick, esqs.

Defendant(s): Thomas Lewis.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: A messuage or tenement etc called "Penyboidy Park Yscob, Park Morris Erwfelun or Terfelun, Tirclawddgwyd, Croft Lockell, Keven Ycha, Keven Issa and Llainbwlch Mawr", in the fields of Llandridion [Llandruidion] and Penbendu in the parish[es] of St David's and Whitchurch, Pembrokeshire, lately in the tenure of Thomas Lewis of Llandridion [Llandruidion] (defendant's late father) and said to belong to a charity known as the late Dr Jones's Charity, and to the said relators as trustees of that charity; whether the charity lands are intermixed with the defendants lands?; metes and bounds; survey, etc.
