Description

Short Title: Lang v Hurrell.

Plaintiff(s): William Lang.

Defendant(s): John Hurrell.

Depositions for: Plaintiff and Defendant.

Subject of Depositions: A sum of money claimed by the plaintiff as due to his wife Anne under the will of her mother Maud Hurrell, which was settled upon said Maud by her father Lawrence Eaton of Wilborough [North Whilborough] on her marriage with John Hurrell (father of said Anne), etc; the names of Lawrence Eaton of Kingscarswell [Kingskerswell], Devon, yeoman, and his wife Barbara, Anne Hurrell of Marldon, widow, John Hurrell, son of Anne (father of plaintiff's wife) and John and Elizabeth Hurrell (defendant's father and mother) are mentioned.
