Description

Short Title: Brettell v Hardwick.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Brettell, gent.

Defendant(s): William Hardwick.

Depositions for: Plaintiff and Defendant.

Subject of Depositions: An agreement between John Bell of Bridgnorth, Shropshire, attorney at law, and the complainant "for the purchase of all right and interest whatever of him the said John Bell in and to a certain leasehold estate at Brocton [Brockton], Shropshire, therein mentioned to a rent or annuity of twenty six pounds and other benefit during the life of one Robert Amies from and after the decease of him the said John Bell", etc.
