Description

Short Title: Connop v Parry.

Plaintiff(s): Anne Connop, spinster.

Defendant(s): Richard Parry.

Depositions for: Plaintiff.

Subject of Depositions: The last will and testament of Henry Parry of the township of Discoyd [Discoed] in the parish of Presteign [Presteigne], Radnorshire, gent (a copy of which is subjoined dated 11 August 1776) in which the following names of persons, and of places in which testators lands etc are situated, are mentioned, namely: a messuage etc purchased by testator of Thomas Price, saddler, in the said township of Discoed in the possession of David Jones; a messuage etc called late Peter Watkins's, in the said township of Discoed; Mrs Anne Connop, spinster; Mary Connop, spinster; Richard Pugh of Comondee; Richard Parry of Whitcott [Whitcott Keysett], in the parish of Clunn [Clun], Shropshire, gent (testator's nephew); Richard Parry the elder (testator's brother); Samuel Roe of the Dolley in the said parish of Presteigne, yeoman; Mary the wife of Samuel Thomas of Wigbitch [? Woodbatch] near Bishop's Castle [Shropshire]; Robert Taylor of Presteigne, saddler; Thomas Young and Mariam Young (son and daughter of Mariam Young, widow); William Pugh of Chestock; William the son of Richard Parry of Presteigne; Henry Young; John Evan; Thomas Taylor; Richard Parry of Comondee; Hannah Parry (testator's wife), etc; who is heir at law of the testator, etc.
