Description

Short Title: Mill v Sawman.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Mill and his wife Martha.

Defendant(s): Sarah Sawman, widow, John Biss, John Willis.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: Right and title to and value of a house etc called The Greyhound Inn situated in Broadmead in the parish of St James in the city of Bristol etc; the names of Richard Baugh, late of the city of Bristol, James Lock, late of the city of London, but before of Siddington, Gloucestershire, yeoman and his wife Anne, John Baugh of Bristol, "whittawer" [a person who converts skins into white leather], Martha Lock, spinster, Joseph Buckland of Crudwell, Wiltshire, yeoman, and his wife Martha, Anne Baugh, spinster, and Abraham Pope and his wife Elizabeth are mentioned.
