Plaintiff(s): Nathaniel Modigliani, William Haynes the younger, John Weldon, Edward Simon, Peter Broadley, James Thwaite, James Allan.

Defendant(s): Massey Stackpoole.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs and Defendant.

Subject of Depositions: Money transactions between defendant and Drury Shippey formerly of Dublin, Ireland, and since of Montauban and Bordeaux in France; touching the reasons for said Drury Shippey going abroad; on account of ill health or to avoid his creditors?; his debts and date of death, etc.
