Description

Short Title: Young v Wareing.

Plaintiff(s): John Young.

Defendant(s): Jane Wareing, executrix of William Norden and Mary Dematt (an infant) by the said Jane Wareing, her guardian, and George Henry Mortimer (an infant) by George Mortimer, his guardian.

Depositions for: [unspecified].

Subject of Depositions: The value etc and disposition of the estate of the testator William Norden; said estate including a house or tenement in China Row, Chelsea, Middlesex, three policies in the Amicable Assurance Office on the life of George Atkins esq, etc.

County: London; Middlesex.
