Plaintiff(s): William Baker, clerk, Thomas Johnson, merchant, Samuel Banks, tailor.
Defendant(s): Mary Blount, widow, George Clapham, King Whittred, John Whittred.
Depositions for: Plaintiffs and Defendants.
Subject of Depositions: The last will and testament of William Clapham of the town of Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, brewer, a copy of which is subjoined dated 18 Aug 1762; touching testator's debts, etc; the names of Elizabeth Clapham, the testator's wife, and Rachel Clapham (wife of the defendant George) are mentioned.
