Description

Short Title: Blake v Houghton.

Plaintiff(s): William Blake esq, and his wife Jane (formerly Jane Colchester), Francis Colchester.

Defendant(s): William Houghton, surviving executor named in the last will and testament of Robert Fielder, and Dorcas Tribeck, an infant, the heiress at law and also devisee named in the will of Robert Fielder, by John Tribeck her guardian.

Depositions for: [unspecified].

Subject of Depositions: The value etc and disposition of the personal estate of Robert Fielder, late of Bishop's Waltham, Hampshire, gent, etc.

County: Southampton [Hampshire].
