Subject of Depositions: The vicarage and parish of Rockbeare, Devon, and defendant's estates called "Horse Down Lower", "Horse Down Tanners" and "Ragg Gate"; also touching farms in said parish called "Matthews Tenement" and "Marks Tenement" said to have belonged to the Abbey of Canonsleigh [Canonsleigh Abbey, Burlescombe]; tithes.
