Short Title: Hill v Holder.

Plaintiff(s): John Hill.

Defendant(s): Anne Holder, widow, Thomas Bush, esq, John Holder, George Holder, William Harry Holder, Thomas Blake, Brown Cheston, Thomas Holder, Ralph Whitehart, Sarah Lewis.

Depositions for: Plaintiff and Defendants.

Subject of Depositions: The last will and testament of George Holder of Cirencester, Gloucestershire, surgeon (a copy of which is subjoined dated 15 June 1773) in which the following names of persons and places are mentioned, namely Thomas Bush of Cirencester, esq, Richard Brown Cheston of the city of Gloucester, esq, surgeon, freehold messuages etc in Chedworth, Gloucestershire, Powlton [Poulton], Wiltshire, and Eastnor, Herefordshire, Anne Holder (testator's wife), Anne Holder (testator's daughter), and his other children, etc.

County: Gloucestershire; Wiltshire; Herefordshire.

Taken at: Cirencester [Gloucestershire].
