Short Title: Price v Parry.

Plaintiff(s): Wiliam Price.

Defendant(s): John Parry, William Roe.

Depositions for: Defendants.

Subject of Depositions: The bill of costs of John Beardsley (formerly in partnership with defendant Parry as solicitors) for acting as attorney etc for plaintiff; also touching a lease and release of freehold estates near Warwick, Warwickshire, from the plaintiff to said Beardsley, and an assignment by the plaintiff to Beardsley of leasehold estates in or near Birmingham, consisting of nine messuages or dwelling houses, etc.
