Description

Short Title: Moseley v Turner.

Plaintiff(s): John Moseley, clerk, and his wife Elizabeth.

Defendant(s): William Turner, Waterworth Collett, Richardson Peyton, John Brown Peyton, an infant, by the said Richardson Peyton, his guardian.

Depositions for: Defendants.

Subject of Depositions: A suit in Chancery of Thomas Turner against John Moseley and his wife, Elizabeth, and Richardson Peyton and his wife Maria, etc; touching the investment of the sum of two thousand pounds in conformity with the settlement made up on the marriage of John Brown Gittos with his wife Elizabeth (the plaintiff in this cause) and in accordance with the terms of his will, etc.
