Subject of Depositions: The maintenance and education of the plaintiff (said to be the daughter of Avarina Hughes) by the testator Jonathan Hughes of the town of Brecon, and after his death by the defendant Samuel Hughes; touching a legacy alleged to have been left to plaintiff by testator's will, etc.
