Description

Short Title: Taylor v Halson.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Taylor.

Defendant(s): Margaret Halson, widow, John Cran.

Depositions for: Plaintiff.

Subject of Depositions: The right and title to copyhold tenements, one called "Bonners End" in the manor of Sarum, and the other called "Garston" in the manor of Wells, both in the parish of Whitechurch Canonicorum, Dorset and lately belonging to Matthew Halson, clerk of the parish, and his wife Mary (formerly Mary Cranton, spinster, aunt of defendant Margaret); touching a former suit Robert Halson v Thomas Taylor, etc.

County: Dorset.

Date of Commission: 5 July 1775.
