Description

Short Title: Peach v Edwards.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Peach.

Defendant(s): Vincent Edwards and his wife Elizabeth Anne Tucker, Joshua Devey, Benjamin Corson.

Depositions for: Plaintiff and Defendants.

Subject of Depositions: The value of one full third part of two messuages in Moseley or elsewhere in the parish of Kings Norton, Worcestershire, a messuage in a street or place called The Beast Market in Wolverhampton, Staffordshire, a messuage in Spicer Street, Birmingham, Warwickshire, and a messuage etc at Sardon [Saredon] in the parish of Shareshill, Staffordshire, to which Elizabeth (plaintiff's late wife) was entitled and came into possession at the death of John Deane, late of Birmingham, as one of his three sisters and coheirs; mortgages, etc; touching an indenture or chirograph of a fine levied between John Powell and Luke Bell, plaintiffs, and the plaintiff Thomas Peach, Elizabeth, his wife, William Dix and Mary, his wife, deforciants; also touching the "pretended" last will and testament of Elizabeth Peach, etc; Mary Dix and the defendants Elizabeth Edwards and Anne Tucker are mentioned as coheirs of John Deane.
