Description

Short Title: Robinson v Kenrick.

Plaintiff(s): Mary Robinson, widow.

Defendant(s): John Kenrick, John Chidlaw.

Depositions for: Plaintiff.

Subject of Depositions: Suits on the equity side of the Exchequer about Michaelmas 1743 and since, between Robert Thomas and Evan Francis, plaintiffs, against William Morris, Robert Morris, Evan Evans, and John Pugh, defendants, and between John Pugh and others, plaintiffs, against William Morris, Robert Morris, Evan Evans, and others, defendants, in which suits Robert Lewis, late of Dolgelle [Dolgellau, Merionethshire], attorney at law, acted as solicitor to Evan Evans and was succeeded in that capacity by George Robinson (plaintiff's late husband); touching the last will and testament of Evan Evans who appointed the defendants his executors; also touching accounts (between said George Robinson and Evan Evans) of costs and expenses incidental to the prosecution of said suits, etc.
