Description

Short Title: Etches v Brinsley.

Plaintiff(s): George Etches.

Defendant(s): John Johnson, Charles Brinsley.

Depositions for: Plaintiff.

Subject of Depositions: The right and title to the land on which lately stood a slaughter house, butchers shops, etc, in Ashbourne, Derbyshire, called the Middle Cale, lately in the tenure of John Chatterton, George Fogg, and Sampson Stubbs etc; the names of Brooke Boothby esq, late of Stafford, Staffordshire, former owner of the premises, Harry Langford of Macclesfield, Cheshire, mortgagee of the premises, a lease of the premises from Brook Boothby to Samuel Lees of Ashbourne, butcher, and John Tomlinson of Ashbourne, barber surgeon, are mentioned.
