Description

Short Title: Hopkins v Bell.

Plaintiff(s): William Hopkins (executor of Thomas Hudson).

Defendant(s): Phillip Bell, Cary Stafford, William Hudson, John Hudson, James Hudson, Samuel Atwood and his wife Sarah, Joseph Fort and his wife Eleanor, Mary Jeens, widow, Joseph Stafford and his wife Mary, Griffith Griffiths, clerk, Richard Boulter, William George, and Edward Thurlow esq His Majesty's Attorney General.

Depositions for: Plaintiff.

Subject of Depositions: The last will and testament and the disposition of the personal estate of Thomas Bazin, etc; particularly touching a legacy to the Hudsons, the families of the Bazins and Hudsons of Eckington, Worcestershire, etc.
