Description

Short Title: Rogers v Walbank.

Plaintiff(s): William Rogers gent, Richard Rogers, clerk, and his wife Jane Rogers, Thomas Rogers, gent, and his wife Susannah Rogers, Sarah Oatridge, widow, Samuel Rogers, clerk, Thomas Oatridge, Daniel Oatridge.

Defendant(s): Samuel Walbank and his wife, Anne Walbank.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: The last wills and testaments of William Blanch the elder, late of Wootton [Wotton], esq, William Blanch the younger of the same, esq, son of William Blanch the elder and his wife Elizabeth, and former husband of defendant Anne, and of James Rogers late of the city of Gloucester, apothecary; marriage settlement made on the marriage of William Blanch the younger and Miss Anne Edwards; also touching the children of William Blanch the elder and his wife Elizabeth; lease of a messuage granted by the Corporation of Gloucester to William Blanch.
