Description

Short Title: Gaskell v Hough.

Plaintiff(s): Peter Gaskell, yeoman, Margaret Johnson, spinster.

Defendant(s): Mary Hough, widow, Henry Donston, surgeon, and his wife Susannah Donston, John Storrs, merchant, and Starkey Donston, an infant, by Isaac Metcalf, gent.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs and Defendants.

Subject of Depositions: The last will and testament of Thomas Hough, late of Stockport, gent, a copy of which is subjoined dated 27 Sept 1770, and the value etc and disposition of his real and personal estate etc, said estate including a leasehold messuage in Stockport in the tenure of James Ward, surgeon, a messuage in Titherington [Tytherington] in the possession of Thomas Prinlott etc; mortgages etc; the names of testator's wife Mary, his daughter Susannah Donston and his grandson Starkey Donston are mentioned in said will.

County: Cheshire.
