Plaintiff(s): Robert Griffith, son and administrator of Griffith Jones, Griffith Roberts, Jonathan Williams, Jonathan Nathaniel, and Mary Rowlands, widow and executrix of Robert Griffith.
Defendant(s): Dorothy Thomas, widow of John Thomas.
Depositions for: Defendant.
Subject of Depositions: The value etc and disposition of the personal estate of David Williams, late of Denbigh, Denbighshire, clerk, and his wife Mary Williams (eldest sister of defendant); also touching articles of agreement upon the marriage of defendant with Richard Thomas, late of Gwynfryn in the parish of Llanner [Llannor], Caernarvonshire, dissenting minister, who was drowned near Wexford in Ireland; Dorothy Phillips (defendant's maiden name) and Anne Thomas, wife of John Thomas of Gwynfryn, and Anne and Mary (daughters of David Williams) are mentioned.
