Plaintiff(s): Robert Gale, Edward Gale, William Angell, and Joseph Smith and Anne Smith (infants) by Robert Gale their next friend.
Defendant(s): Anne Smith, widow and administratix of John Smith.
Depositions for: Plaintiffs and Defendant.
Subject of Depositions: The personal estate and debts of John Smith, late of Redhill alias Derry Hill in the Forest of Pewsham, woolstapler; also touching the payment of the portion promised by Thomas Holmes of Chippenham, innholder, on the marriage of his daughter (the defendant) with said John Smith, etc; the names of William Smith, father, and Robert Smith, brother of John Smith, Thomas Edcot of Chippenham, plumber, and Thomas Eaton of Chippenham, baker, are also mentioned.
