Short Title: Howorth v Rice.

Plaintiff(s): Edward Mainwaring Davis Howorth [or Howarth], esq, and his wife Mary Howorth, by bill of revivor and supplement.

Defendant(s): Walter Rice, Samuel Evans, Edward Warren Jones, Catherine Browne, John Morgan and his wife Anne Morgan, Mary Mansell, Walter Hugill, Henry Rice, Catherine Morris, James Griffith, Anne Walters, Bridget Rice, Edward Pryce Lloyd, and Francis Skyrme.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs and Defendants.

Subject of Depositions: The value etc of an estate called the Llwnybrain estate, Cardiganshire, formerly belonging to Samuel Hughes, Henry Hughes, Abell Griffith, Rice Griffith and Matthew Griffith, etc.
