Description

Short Title: Ford v Lloyd.

Plaintiff(s): Catherine Ford, widow and adminstratix of William Ford, late of Oswestry, gent.

Defendant(s): Robert Lloyd, Thomas Wilton the younger and his wife Mary Wilton (late Mary Lloyd).

Depositions for: Plaintiff.

Subject of Depositions: The value etc of the estate of Mary Lloyd, widow, late mother of defendant Mary, including real estate in Shropshire and Montgomeryshire, namely one undivided fourth part of a certain capital and other messuages in Aston, Shropshire, and also of one undivided fourth part of divers lands in Aston, Morton, Wootton, Hisland, Osbaston, and Maesbury, Shropshire, now or late in the holding or occupation of William Lloyd, clerk, Edward Footman, Richard Troy, John Yevely and Jane Pugh; also of one undivided fourth part of a tenement called Colfryn in the parish of Llansanfraid [Llansanffraid-ym-Mechain], Montgomeryshire; all lately purchased by William Lloyd of the defendants Wilton, etc.
