Description

Short Title: Edge v Price.

Plaintiff(s): John Edge and his wife Mary Edge.

Defendant(s): Joseph Price.

Depositions for: Plaintiffs.

Subject of Depositions: The last will and testament of John Price, the defendant's late father; touching a small dwelling house and garden in Overton, Flintshire, alleged to have been made over to the plaintiff Mary by the defendant "for ever" in lieu and discharge of a legacy of eighty pounds bequethed to her by the will of the testator her late father etc; the names of Elizabeth Edge and Mary Edge of Overton, spinsters (plaintiff's daughters), Elizabeth Price of Overton (sister of plaintiff Mary), and John Price (testator's second son) are mentioned.

County: Shropshire; Flintshire.
