Short Title: Bateman v Alstrop.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Bateman, clerk.

Defendant(s): Samuel Alstrop, Robert Collins, John Speechley, Robert Golding, James Watson, John Watson, Joseph Blackith, Hurst Fowler, the governors of the Free Grammar School of Robert Johnson, clerk, and of the two Hospitals of Christ in Okeham [Oakham, Rutland] and Uppingham [Rutland].

Depositions for: Plaintiff and Defendants.

Subject of Depositions: The vicarage and parish of Quappoladd alias Whapladd alias Whaplode, Lincolnshire; tithes.
