Description

Interrogatories, Depositions. The Examination of the Plaintiff Mary Finnemore, taken at Uttoxeter (in execution of a Decree of the Court of Exchequer made 9 Dec 32 Geo 2, 1758) on the 31 March 1 Geo 3, 1761. Mary Finnemore, Spinster, v. John Finnemore, and others. Depositions for - . Concerning the value etc. of the premises in Uttoxeter contained in a Settlement dated 14 Jan 1699, viz. the Smithy Lane Croft, the Bean Meadow, an acre of land in a place called "Netherwood", a garden in Bradley Lane, etc. held by Matthew Chinnery, the Reverend Mr. Malbon, John Aborley and Mr. Goodwin during the years 1752 to 1760 - Payment of Poors Rates, Land Tax and Chief Rent during said period, etc., etc. [The names of Edward Finnemore (Plaintiff's late father), Richard Martin, and Henry Hayworth, are mentioned.] Stafford.
