Interrogatories, Depositions taken at Denbigh 21 Jan 1 Geo 3, 1761. Hugh Hughes, Elisabeth Hughes, Edward Hughes, David Hughes the younger, Marg? Hughes the younger and Barbara Hughes (Infants) by the said Hugh Hughes their brother and next friend, and the Reverend Dabid Hughes, their father, v. Hugh Hughes, Judith Hughes, Catherine Hughes, John Hughes (which said Judith and Catherine are Infants) by the said John Hughes, their father and Guardian, Elizabeth Parry, widow, Mary Norman, widow, Elizabeth Jones, widow. Depositions for Plaintiffs and Defendants. concerning Marriage Articles made previous to the marriage of David Hughes, clerk, (one of the Plaintiffs) with Marg.t Hughes, one of the daughters of Edmond Hughes, late of Keidiog (dated 13 Feb 1734) and made between Hugh Hughes of Saint Asaph (Flint), gent., and John Hughes, gent (eldest son of said Hugh Hughes) and the said Plaintiff (David Hughes, Clerk, second son of said Hugh Hughes) of the first part, Edward Hughes of Keidiog (Denbigh), gent, and Margaret Hughes, Spinster (daughter of said Edward Hughes), of the second part, and Edward Maddocks of Vron (Deb), Esq., and Hugh Hughes of Keidiog, gent (eldest son of said Edward Hughes) of the third part, etc., etc. [The names of Sir George Wynne of Leeswood (Flint) Bart. is mentioned.] Denbigh.
