Interrogatories, Depositions taken at ... . John Leen of Thornton (Chester) v. Henry Wolstenholme, clerk, Thomas Wolstenholme, merchant (Executor of Henry Wolstenholme, late of Great Neston (Chester), mercer. Depositions for Defendants. Concerning the authenticity of Copies of Reports, Decrees etc. made in a former Suit in the Court of Exchequer, Chester, in the year 1736 wherein the now Defendants were Plaintiffs and the now Plaintiff and Hannah Leen and William Leen were Defendants - also touching certain Deeds - one dated 16 May 1727 made between Henry Wolstenholme of Great Neston (Chester), draper, and John Leen of Thornton (Chester), yeoman, Hannah Leen, his mother, and William Leen, his brother - and another dated 24 July 1731 made between the now Plaintiff John Leen of Thornton (Chester), yeoman and Henry Wolstenholme of Great Neston (Chester), draper. London, Chester.
