75 Foot (also includes one monthly return relating to a detachment of 76th Regiment of Foot, 1761, and states and returns for companies of Welsh Volunteers, 1778):
- 1759 July to 1761 April: 75th Regiment of Foot; colonel: Hon. Gage-John Boscawen.
- 1761 Aug: 76th Regiment of Foot commanded by Colonel William Rufane; detachment at Hillsea Barracks (Captain Duer and Captain Ashe).
- 1769 Jan: 75th (Invalids) Regiment of Foot; commanded by Major John Lind.
- 1778 Mar to May: Companies of Foot or Welsh Volunteers: states and returns for companies commanded by Hugh Lord (at Abergavenny); Capt John Edwards (at Chepstow, Devizes and at Cumberland Fort); Capt George Vaughan (at Haverfordwest); Capt Lord Viscount Feilding (at Cardiff); Lt Rowland Edwardes (at Haverfordwest); and Capt George Herbert Adams (at Lampeter).
- 1781 Jan to Dec: 75th (Prince of Wales) Regiment of Foot; colonel: General George Morrison.
- 1790 Aug to 1792 Dec: 75th (Highland) Regiment of Foot; colonel: Robert Crawford; includes returns from camps based throughout India.
- 1796 Mar to 1807 Apr: 75th (Highland) Regiment of Foot; under: Lachlan MacQuarie, Alex Cumine, Henry L Browning, John P Watsons, S Gillmans, Colin McRae; includes returns from Bombay and camps throughout India.
- 1807 June to 1812 Dec: 75th (Highland) Regiment of Foot; under: Colin McRae, Samuel Swinton, Robert Abercromby; includes returns from Jersey, Messina Citadel in Sicily, Faro in Portugal and at sea on board HMS Leyden.
