Francis Knollys, kt, v. Anthony Blagrave, esq, and William Maltus. Damage alleged to have been caused by increased breadth of the Hallowed brook, a tributary of the Kennet; and alleged right of the inhabitants of Reading to grind corn at Minster and St Giles's mills. Berks.
